Booking Policies

Daily rates are in US Dollars and do not include 14% tax and they are based per room on double occupancy and are subject to change and availability. A fee of 15 usd is charged for a 3rd person.
Minimum length of stay 3 night. Christmas/New Year's, Easter and August season bookings require a seven-night minimum stay.

Deposit & Cancellations
Reservations require a deposit as guarantee, at the time of booking.
Paypal accepted. Charges apply if you reservation is cancel or modified:
More than 10 days before - No Charge
Cancellation or changes made 9 day before the arrival - 1 nights
No show or Changes made after the check in - 100% penalty
For Christmas/New Year's season - 100% penalty

Arrival & Departure
Guests may check in after 2:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p.m. daily. Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
