Sianka’an Biosphere, a natural park protected by Unesco, an amazing drive along
a strip of land that separates the lagoon and the sea, and that ends at Punta Allen,
a small fishermen’s village where lobster is the main staple!!
Rio Lagartos, an unpopulated and protected coast that is home to the largest
community of migratory birds in America.
Some ofthe most popular ecological Park of the Yucatan Penisula, are in a few
minutes far from Playa del Carmen, as Xel-Ha and the famous Xcaret.

Beautiful islands such as Holbox, Isla Mujeres and Cozumel, deserve to be seen.
Nearby natural reserves, hundreds of “Cenotes” (potholes with underground
rivers of
crystalline fresh water), and the possibility to try out the various
sports’ activities Playa del Carmen has to offer, such as sky-dive,
horseback riding, golf, and all water activities such as scuba diving,
snorkeling, windsurfing, catamaran sailing, water-ski, etc.
